Arnall Golden Gregory Takes Leading Role at ETA Transact 2018

ATLANTA – Attorneys from Arnall Golden Gregory LLP shared legal insights about payments processing at ETA Transact 2018 in Las Vegas.

Partners Edward A. Marshall and Theresa Y. Kananen spoke on “Improving Your Payment Processing Agreement,” with Theresa Vitello of EVO Payments. The presentation took place during the Politics & Policy track at Transact, which Arnall Golden Gregory sponsored.

In a second presentation during the ETA Law School program, Mr. Marshall and Ms. Kananen discussed “The Best Offense is a Good Defense: Updates and Lessons Learned in Payments Law.”

Mr. Marshall also moderated a panel on payments, cannabis and gaming with representatives of Greenbits and Worldpay.
