Arnall Golden Gregory Partner Michael Van Cise Elected a Fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
ATLANTA – Arnall Golden Gregory is pleased to announce that Michael L. Van Cise, a partner in the firm’s Private Wealth Practice, has been elected a Fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Mr. Van Cise was one of 32 attorneys from the U.S., as well as Canada, Austria and Spain, elected this year by their peers. Fellows are respected trust and estate attorneys who have more than 10 years experience in probate and trust law or estate planning. In Georgia there are just 49 ACTEC Fellows.
Mr. Van Cise assists individuals and families with sophisticated wealth transfer planning, federal and state wealth transfer taxation, business succession planning, charitable giving, probate, and estate administration. He advises high-net-worth individuals and families on planning vehicles to preserve family wealth, family values, business interests and legacy assets.
