Neil is Past President of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, a lifetime member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and previously served as co-chair of the ABI’s Legislation Committee, a Master of the Bench, Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, and a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
