There are more than a dozen states that have passed comprehensive privacy laws. Further, states like Nevada and Washington have passed laws specifically regulating the collection and processing of consumer health data. While these laws may not apply to HIPAA data, they do apply to other types of consumer health data. Please join AGG Privacy & Cybersecurity attorneys Jackie Cooney and Erin Doyle for a complimentary webinar providing an overview of challenges and solutions for companies that are subject to non-HIPAA privacy laws in the U.S. Jackie and Erin will explore how life sciences companies may be subject to many of these laws and how they can comply. AGG Food & Drug co-chair Alan Minsk will serve as moderator.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of this webinar.

Credits: 1 hour of CLE credit is pending approval by the State Bar of Georgia
