On August 13, 2026, Murad Hussain, partner in AGG’s Healthcare, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Government Investigations, and International Trade practices, will deliver a lecture on access to legal services during the plenary session of the Virginia State Bar’s Harry L. Carrico Professionalism Course in Fairfax, Virginia.

The course introduces new Virginia lawyers to the principles of professionalism in practice and addresses the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as lawyers’ broader ethical obligations to their clients, the judicial system, and society.

A committed advocate who has successfully defended his clients in federal criminal jury trials and government investigations, Murad was appointed by the Supreme Court of Virginia in 2024 to the course’s faculty of prominent Virginia attorneys and judges for embodying excellence and professionalism.
