Michael Barry to Discuss Service Line Carveouts at 2025 AHLA Health Care Transactions Conference

AGG partner and Healthcare practice co-chair, Michael Barry, will speak at the American Health Law Association’s Health Care Transactions Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

During sessions held May 5-6, 2025, Michael will present, “Value in Strategic Divestitures – Legal and Value Considerations Around Service Line Carveouts,” which will cover:

• Carveouts; what they are, why they are a key focus, and target service lines
• Legal and regulatory implications when evaluating and supporting service line carveouts
• Key valuation considerations through a discussion of actual case studies
• How health systems and their advisors can prepare the organization for successful service line carveout transactions
