Lanchi Bombalier and Madison Pool to Present at 2022 American Physical Therapy Association Conference

On November 3, 2022, AGG Healthcare attorneys Lanchi Bombalier and Madison Pool will speak at the 2022 Annual Conference & Exhibition of the American Physical Therapy Association, Private Practice Section.

Their presentation, “HIPAA Refresher and Hot Topics for Compliance,” will provide a refresher on the practical aspects of HIPAA to help providers understand how to best leverage IT and compliance resources for risk mitigation and review the latest regulatory changes and trends in enforcement actions to identify common pitfalls providers should avoid to prevent becoming a potential target for OCR. Participants of the session will be able to develop an action plan to ensure compliance and identify risk areas for their own practice.

The conference will be held from November 2-5, 2022, at the Gaylord Rockies in Aurora, Colorado.
