AGG Real Estate partner and member of the Affordable Housing industry team, Althea Broughton, spoke at Baker Tilly’s 2023 DevelUP: Affordable Housing Workshop on April 11, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Althea served as a panelist during a session on identifying and implementing the low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) in the Southeast and beyond. As the low-income LIHTC program has proven to be an effective tool for creating and preserving affordable housing, Althea and her fellow panelists shared their insights on how to navigate the LIHTC application process and highlighted successful projects from the Southeast and other regions.
