AGG Payment Systems team leaders Theresa Kananen and Ed Marshall will speak at ETA Transact 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 14, 2022.

At 9:10 a.m., Theresa and Ed will present “A Whole New World: The FTC Post-AMG and a Refreshed CFPB” and explain the practical impacts of the rapidly changing regulatory landscape and how acquirers can adapt.

At 10:35 a.m., Ed, along with fellow panelists, will present “Key Legal Considerations and Trends for Payment Facilitators.” The panel will discuss the critical legal considerations facing payment facilitators today and provide a view of what might develop in the next several years.
