AGG Attorneys to Speak at ETA 2023 Payments Compliance Conference

AGG Payment Systems attorneys Theresa Kananen, Ed Marshall, and Erin Doyle are speaking at the Electronic Transactions Association (“ETA”) 2023 Payments Compliance Conference on November 8, 2023, at the Ritz Carlton in Pentagon City, Virginia.

Theresa will present “Surcharging and Cash Discounting.” Ed Marshall will present two sessions, “PayFacs (Payment Facilitators)” and “Dealing With an Enforcement Action.” Erin Doyle will present “Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC).”
