Aaron Danzig to Speak on Healthcare Fraud Enforcement at 12th Annual ABA Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute

AGG Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice co-chair, Aaron Danzig, will speak at the American Bar Association’s 12th Annual Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute, held September 9-11, 2026, at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, Georgia.

On September 11, Aaron will serve as a panelist discussing “Health Care Fraud Enforcement: Current Trends and Trial Tactics.” The institute brings together defense attorneys, prosecutors, judges, and other professionals focused on complex white-collar matters, including healthcare fraud, government contracting fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, sanctions and export controls, ethics and compliance, and the False Claims Act.

A former federal prosecutor, Aaron brings practical perspective on investigations, compliance, and enforcement risk.
