Junior Corporate Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys, is seeking an associate with one to three years of experience in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions. The associate will assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and supporting deal execution across all phases of transactions. The role includes leveraging firm-supported legal technology and AI tools to streamline due diligence, analyze transaction documents, and improve overall deal execution. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in corporate work in a law firm setting.
