AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly with representing developers, owners, and investors in structuring and closing complex real estate transactions. Candidates should have significant experience in financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions. The ideal candidate has a focus in transactions and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This position can be located in our Atlanta or Washington, D.C. offices.
