Experienced Real Estate Attorney

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly with representing developers, owners, and investors in structuring, documenting, and closing a variety of complex real estate transactions. Candidates must have significant experience working in a law firm on commercial real estate financing, acquisition, disposition, and development transactions. This position will be located in our Atlanta office.
