Employment Litigation Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in general litigation and employment law. In addition to strong complex business litigation skills, candidates should also have litigation experience in employment disputes such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters. Candidates should have outstanding writing skills and academic background. Clerkship experience is a plus. Writing samples and transcripts should be provided with submissions.  This position is located in our Atlanta office.
