AGG Background Screening Attorneys to Speak at 2024 PBSA Mid-Year Legislative & Regulatory Conference

AGG attorneys and Background Screening team members, Kevin Coy, Megan Mitchell, Natalie Cascario, and Erin Doyle, will speak at the Professional Background Screening Association (“PBSA”) 2024 PBSA Mid-Year Legislative & Regulatory Conference on March 26, 2024, in Arlington, Virginia.

Kevin and Erin will present “Around the (Privacy) World in 45 Minutes.” This session will review the latest updates to privacy regulations in multiple countries where background screening is conducted, including the U.K., India, China, the EU, and others, with a specific focus on the impact to background screening companies.

Megan and Natalie will present “The Other Side of the Story in Litigation: Things Plaintiffs’ Attorneys Say.” They will give an inside look at the dispute and litigation process by discussing some common arguments and (mis)conceptions from plaintiff’s counsel.

The full conference will be held from March 24-26, 2024, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia.
