Vanessa is an associate in the Healthcare practice and a member of the Life Sciences and Hospital & Health Systems industry teams. She advises healthcare and life sciences companies on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, including federal and state healthcare compliance, licensure, and Medicare and Medicaid requirements.

Vanessa brings an analytical and business-focused perspective to her legal practice. Prior to law school, she worked as a research and operations analyst at a financial technology startup, where she drafted data-driven research briefs that drove the go-to market strategy and analyzed competitive dynamics, performance trends, and market expansion opportunities. During law school, Vanessa also externed with Nestlé Purina, working alongside in-house counsel on a range of legal and regulatory matters.

This experience gives her insight into how legal advice intersects with business priorities and informs her practical approach to helping healthcare clients evaluate regulatory requirements and make informed business decisions.
