Biography
Jennifer is the Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer, where she leads the firm’s knowledge management team and is responsible for efficiency-enhancing technologies, such as artificial intelligence (“AI”) and document automation, that enhance attorney workflows and processes. The goal of the knowledge management team is to achieve a constant flow of information, continuous transfer of knowledge, and effective sharing of experience by focusing on people, platforms, processes, and problem solving. In her innovation role, Jennifer partners with firm leadership and practice groups to design and deploy data-driven, AI-enabled solutions that improve client service, profitability, and attorney experience.
As the leader of the firm’s AI and innovation strategy, Jennifer collaborates with information technology (“IT”), risk management, and practice group leaders to evaluate emerging technologies, develop responsible-use guidelines, and pilot client-facing and internal solutions that align with regulatory, security, and confidentiality requirements. She works closely with practice group leaders to identify the specific knowledge management needs of each group and leverage knowledge management assets across the firm.
Prior to joining AGG, Jennifer worked for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals as the Milwaukee County Law Librarian.
