Di Anna serves as AGG’s controller, overseeing the firm’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and the general ledger. In her role, she leverages her background in financial strategy, accounting operations, and business intelligence, working closely with firm leadership to drive financial success and compliance.

With 20 years of legal industry experience — 15 of which have been in C-level executive roles — Di Anna is knowledgeable in developing internal controls, optimizing accounting workflows, and translating data into strategic insights that support operational and organizational goals and strengthen client service.

A former chief financial officer at two prominent law firms, Di Anna is well versed in guiding firms through critical transitions and regulatory changes, supporting leadership in ensuring uninterrupted service, team cohesion, and continued client success. She excels in enhancing technical processes, having streamlined and automated billing procedures to achieve nearly a 50% faster turnaround and revamping accounting service solutions to improve client satisfaction.

Di Anna is certified in project management by New York University and is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.
