Biography
Alex is the Director of Information Governance, where he leads the firm’s enterprise-wide information governance, records management, and data lifecycle program across electronic and physical information assets. He works closely with technology, innovation, and practice teams to strengthen data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance while enabling lawyers to work more efficiently, including through the responsible use of automation and artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools.
Alex is responsible for shaping the firm’s information governance strategy and translating it into day-to-day practices that help attorneys and staff create, use, and protect information more effectively. An avid reader and close follower of legal technology and AI governance trends, he brings a continuous-learning mindset to improving how the firm manages and leverages its knowledge. Alex holds the Certified Information Governance Officer (“CIGO”) credential.
