Biography

Aditya is an associate in the Healthcare practice and a member of the Life Sciences and Hospital & Health Systems industry teams.

He focuses his practice on a broad range of healthcare matters, including fraud and abuse compliance, FDA regulatory issues, reimbursement disputes, and transactional matters involving hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers.

Prior to joining AGG, he consulted with local governments as an analyst at a Big Four professional services firm. He also supported local campaigns as a campaign manager and advisor.

Aditya graduated, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association and the Student Health Law Association. While earning his J.D., he represented clients through the Health Law Partnership Clinic and Atlanta Legal Aid Olmstead Integration Project, as well as participated as an active member of the Moot Court program.
