Paul Krebs is an associate in the Commercial Lending and Real Estate Practices. He represents lenders and borrowers in connection with a range of debt financing transactions, including syndicated and single lender senior credit facilities for cash-flow and asset-based loans, commercial real estate term and construction loan transactions, mezzanine loans, and the origination and servicing of commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans.

Mr. Krebs received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Programs Director for the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and Treasurer for the Jewish Law Students Association and Latin American Law Organization. He was a research assistant for Professors Joe Fore and Gregory Mitchell and assisted in creating the case-file for the Legal Research and Writing class. Paul received a degree in political science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2015 and is a proud Gator.

Mr. Krebs is a member of AGG’s Diversity Committee and also serves as member of the steering committee of The State Bar of Georgia Diversity Program.
