Veteran Healthcare Litigation Attorney Rebekah Plowman Joins Arnall Golden Gregory as a Partner
ATLANTA – Healthcare litigation attorney Rebekah Plowman has joined Arnall Golden Gregory LLP as a partner, focusing on False Claims Act litigation brought by federal and state governmental agencies and whistleblowers, as well as other government enforcement actions involving OIG civil monetary penalties and exclusion actions and state AGs and MFCUs.
Ms. Plowman, a Chambers ranked lawyer, is described by her clients as being “knowledgeable, responsive and effective” and providing “excellent client service.”
She joins AGG from Jones Day where she was a partner in its healthcare practice. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, where she currently serves on the Dispute Resolution Service Council. She has written and spoken extensively on healthcare litigation, fraud and abuse issues, and the Affordable Care Act.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Plowman was a registered nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Indiana University Medical Center. She is a graduate of The Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
At AGG, Ms. Plowman will advise providers on healthcare regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse analysis, compliance program development and implementation, and corporate governance issues involving compliance, including with corporate integrity agreements (CIAs). She also will conduct due diligence reviews associated with healthcare company acquisitions.
