Two Arnall Golden Gregory Attorneys Receive World Trademark Review Recognition

ATLANTA – World Trademark Review’s 2018 WTR 1000 rankings recognize Arnall Golden Gregory attorneys Tucker Barr and Anuj Desai as recommended experts in Georgia.

Now in its eighth year, the WTR 1000 is the only standalone publication to recommend individual practitioners exclusively in the trademark field.

Mr. Barr is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory’s Litigation and Intellectual Property practices. He focuses on trademark and advertising matters and is able to help clients not only register and secure their intellectual property rights, but also take steps to aggressively enforce those rights when necessary.

“He is quick to respond, takes the time to learn about your business and does a great job of blending legal advice and commercial considerations,” the WTR 1000 description says.

Mr. Desai also is a partner in the Litigation and Intellectual Property practices, and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. He regularly counsels clients in all aspects of creative intellectual property, including on matters of trademarks, infringement, creative review, copyrights, FTC compliance, social media, licensing and contract negotiation.

“He is adept at maintaining and enforcing his clients’ intellectual property and has a special knack for matters concerning creative review,” WTR 1000 says.

Arnall Golden Gregory congratulates both attorneys on this significant recognition.
