Jeffrey Jacobovitz Appointed For Second Term as Vice Chair of the U.S. Comments and Policy Antitrust Committee for the ABA

AGG Litigation trial attorney and chair of the firm’s Antitrust group, Jeffrey Jacobovitz, was recently appointed to serve a second term as Vice Chair of the U.S. Comments and Policy Antitrust Committee for 2022-2023 American Bar Association year.

As a member of committee leadership, Jeff will continue to play an integral role in the success of the Antitrust Law Section of the ABA. The ABA’s Antitrust Law Section is the leading professional organization for antitrust and competition law, trade regulation, consumer protection, and economics.

Jeff’s record of accomplishment as an active leader in the ABA includes previously serving as Vice Chair of Compliance and Ethics Committee for the ABA’s Antitrust Section. He is also the former Vice Chair of the ABA’s Federal Civil Enforcement Committee of the Antitrust Section and its Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee. Jeff was formerly an attorney with the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission.
