Alan Minsk Quoted in Law360 on How Lawyers Are Adapting to New FDA Pilots

Alan Minsk, AGG’s Food & Drug chair, was quoted in a December 2, 2025, Law360 article analyzing how attorneys and companies are approaching FDA’s recent pilot programs. He also remarked that, compared to past initiatives, “we’ve seen ways to try to get products accelerated where there really wasn’t the American connection.”

Alan commented that the effectiveness of the new programs will depend on further clarification from FDA.
