AGG Partner Jeffrey Jacobovitz Appointed as Vice Chair of the U.S. Comments and Policy Antitrust Committee for the ABA's 2021-2022 Term

WASHINGTON, D.C. – AGG Litigation partner and chair of the Antitrust & Competition Law practice, Jeffrey S. Jacobovitz, was recently appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the U.S. Comments and Policy Antitrust Committee for 2021-2022 American Bar Association (“ABA”) year. Jeff’s leadership term commenced on September 1, 2021.

As a member of committee leadership, Jeff will play an integral role in the success of the Antitrust Law Section of the ABA. The ABA’s Antitrust Law Section is the leading professional organization for antitrust and competition law, trade regulation, consumer protection, and economics.

Jeff’s record of accomplishment as an active leader in the ABA includes previously serving as Vice Chair of Compliance and Ethics Committee for the ABA’s Antitrust Section. He is also the former Vice Chair of the ABA’s Federal Civil Enforcement Committee of the Antitrust Section and its Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee. Jeff was formerly an attorney with the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission.
