AGG Participated in 2022 Covenant House Sleep Out

On November 17, 2022, AGG Litigation partner David Marmins and Real Estate partner Andy Much participated in Covenant House’s annual Sleep Out to show solidarity with youth facing homelessness and raise funds for the organization. The Sleep Out helps ensure Covenant House can continue to provide a space for youth to sleep safely and receive meals, education, workforce development, medical and mental health care, and other essential services to help build better futures.

During Sleep Out, sleepers give up their beds for the night to sleep outside and engage in an immersive experience learning from experts on the front lines of ending youth homelessness, connecting with the community, and hearing from people who have overcome homelessness.

This year, Covenant House also provided tours of its new facility that will house 30 long-term residents transitioning from the shelter to independence. This facility and Covenant House’s services are made possible by the annual Sleep Out fundraiser. Covenant House Georgia raised more than $1 million and AGG was proud to surpass its $20,000 goal and donate more than $29,000.

Covenant House provides housing and supportive services to youth facing homelessness and trafficking. The organization helps young people find hope by strengthening their resilience through relentless support, unconditional love, and absolute respect.
