AGG Payments Systems co-chair Theresa Kananen is speaking at MAC Level Up 23 on March 29, 2023.

Theresa will join a panel of industry leaders to present, “Crash Course: The Supernova of Surcharging, Cash Discounting, and How Stuff Works.” During the session, they will discuss surcharging and cash discounting rules and limitations, what questions on the topic are still lingering, and what legal and regulatory implications are expected in the near future.

Themed “Together Towards Tomorrow,” this year’s conference will feature three days of learning, sharing, and networking experiences while exploring payment risk and compliance in a changing world. The full conference will be held from March 28-30, 2023, at Park MGM in Las Vegas.
