Teri Simmons Speaks at 2026 American Immigration Lawyers Association Midwinter Conference

AGG Global Mobility chair Teri Simmons participated in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) Midwinter Conference on January 23, 2026.

Teri presented on U.S. foreign direct investment and investor visa strategies, including E-2 treaty investor visas, E-1 treaty trader visas, and EB-5 investment pathways. She also participated in the AILA board meeting in her role as vice chair of the Latin American Chapter.
