AGG partner and Government Contracts practice leader, Tenley Carp, will join the American Bar Association’s Bid Protest Committee on November 1, 2022, as a panelist discussing protest relief at both GAO and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The experienced panel of practitioners will discuss the differing legal standards and practical tips on the recovery of attorney fees, and B&P costs at GAO and the Court, as well as standards and procedures for obtaining non-monetary remedies (preliminary injunctions, remands, permanent injunctions) at the Court.
