Jason Bring to Present at the 46th Annual Hospice & Palliative Care Conference of the Carolinas Center

On August 2, 2022, Jason Bring, AGG Healthcare and Litigation partner and co-chair of the firm’s Post-Acute and Long-Term Care industry team, will present at the 46th Annual Hospice & Palliative Care Conference of the Carolinas Center, a leading voice for hospice and palliative care providers in North and South Carolina.

As one of the conference’s plenary speakers, Jason’s session is titled “Hospice in the Hot Seat: The Compliance Landscape in 2022.” Along with Kimberly Skehan of SimiTree Consulting, Jason will present on hospice audits and investigations, covering the paradigm from ADRs, to SMRCs, UPICs, and False Claims Act investigations and how to prepare for and mitigate each.
