Jason Bring and Alan Horowitz Presenting at AHLA Long-Term Care and the Law 2022 Conference

AGG Post-Acute and Long-Term Care partners Jason Bring and Alan Horowitz will present at the American Health Law Association Long-Term Care and the Law 2022 conference on February 23-25, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.

Jason will speak on the “Case Law Update and the DAB/ALJ Case Law Update” panel on February 24 and 25. This presentation will focus on false claims and other fraud and abuse litigation, arbitration agreement litigation, data breach and HIPAA enforcement actions, and general litigation developments.

Alan will serve on the panel discussing “Long-Term Care Surveys and Appeals: Perspectives From Providers and Regulators (SNF)” on February 23 and 25. This presentation will cover recent developments in administrative law that may change the calculus when advising clients to file an appeal of a CMS enforcement action, best practices for survey readiness 365 days a year, and more.

The conference will be held in person and the sessions, which are geared toward nursing facility, assisted living, and home health audiences, will focus on cutting-edge issues at the front and center of the post-acute continuum.
