Alan Minsk to Speak on Medical Device Advertising and Promotion Regulations at RAPS Workshop

AGG Food & Drug practice chair and Life Sciences industry team co-chair, Alan Minsk, will join the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (“RAPS”) Workshop: US Regulation of Advertising and Promotion for Medical Devices on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

Alan will discuss social media considerations, Federal Trade Commission and non-FDA issues, and good promotional practices. He will also examine current guidelines and expectations for medical device promotion and how they affect communication strategies.
