Alan Minsk, AGG Food & Drug chair, will join a session titled “Navigating Market Access and Payor Engagement Strategies: HCEI and PIE, Oh My!” at the Drug Information Association (“DIA”) Advertising and Promotion Regulatory Affairs Conference on February 24, 2026, in North Bethesda, Maryland.

As life sciences companies face increasing scrutiny around how and when they share product value information, the panel will examine the regulatory frameworks governing real-world evidence (“RWE”), healthcare economic information (“HCEI”), and preapproval information exchange (“PIE”).
