Alan Minsk to Speak at FDLI Introduction to Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products Program

AGG Food & Drug co-chair Alan Minsk will present the session “Case Studies/Hypotheticals” at the Food and Drug Law Institute (“FDLI”)  Introduction to Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products program on November 1, 2023, from 4:10-5 p.m. EDT.

During this session, attendees will have the opportunity to apply the advertising and promotion knowledge they have learned over the course of the day through interactive, real-life, and hypothetical examples. This interesting and engaging session will tie together concepts, authorities, and agencies that have been discussed during the course.

The full program will be held from 12-5 p.m. EDT at Skadden’s office in Washington, D.C. The program will provide a foundation for understanding the topics that will be discussed at a more advanced level during FDLI’s Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products Conference, which Alan will also speak at on November 3, 2023.
