AGG Food & Drug co-chair Alan Minsk will participate on a panel titled “All Roads Lead to Compliance: Review & Enforcement from Federal Agencies & Consumer Protection Organizations” at the Food and Drug Law Institute (“FDLI”) Advertising & Promotion for Medical Products Conference on November 3, 2023, from 2-3 p.m. EDT.

The full conference will be held from November 2-3, 2023, virtually and at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. Sessions will explore updated government agency initiatives, goals, and priorities; how to promote diversity, health equity, and inclusion in advertising; and trends in enforcement and regulation.
