On June 16, 2026, AGG Food & Drug practice chair Alan Minsk will speak at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (“FDLI”) Essentials of Working with FDA for Patient Organizations program.

Alan’s presentation, “Scoping Out the Scope of FDA: FDA’s Purview Explained,” will provide attendees with a practical overview of the administration’s authority and its role in regulating drugs, biologics, medical devices, and other products.
