AGG Food & Drug co-chair Alan Minsk will present the session, “Submitting and Responding to Advertising Complaint Letters: Why, How, and Where,” at the DIA Advertising and Promotion Regulatory Affairs Conference on March 12, 2024, in Arlington, Virginia.
Attendees will learn how to:
- determine when to act and submit a cease-and-desist letter to the company or complaint to regulatory agencies;
- describe what to expect after submitting cease-and-desist or complaint letters; and
- evaluate your position and options if you receive a cease-and-desist letter related to your advertising/promotional campaign.
The full conference will be held from March 12-13, 2024, at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel. The conference explores the current state of compliance for marketing both biopharmaceuticals and medical devices.
