AGG Food & Drug chair Alan Minsk will present “Scoping Out the Scope of FDA: The Essentials of What FDA Does and Doesn’t Do” during the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (“FDLI”) Essentials of Working With FDA for Patient Organizations Virtual Course on March 4, 2025, from 10:10-11:10 a.m. EST.

During the panel, Alan will discuss how patient advocate groups can work with sponsors and FDA.

The full virtual course will be held from March 4-5, 2025, and will equip patient advocates and organizations with an understanding of the legal tools and strategies available for interacting with FDA.
