Alan Minsk to Discuss Protecting Commercially Confidential Information at Clinical Trial Series Conference

AGG Food & Drug co-chair Alan Minsk will speak at the Clinical Trial Series’ Clinical Data Disclosure, Transparency, and Plain Language Summaries Conference on March 19, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Alan will present a session titled “Protecting Your Commercially Confidential Information (‘CCI’) From an FDA Compliance Perspective.” He will address legal approaches to ensure CCI, including regulatory submissions, remains confidential, as well as the key areas that are common vulnerabilities and require special attention when disclosing.

The full conference will be held virtually and in person at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing from March 19-20, 2024. Attendees will learn how to achieve clinical data compliance, navigate EMEA Policy 0070 and the EU CTIS, and deliver and fulfill clear plain language summaries.
