AGG Food & Drug team leader Alan Minsk will present “Regulation of Drug Marketing” during the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation Virtual Course on April 28, 2022, from 2:35-3:35 p.m.

Alan will discuss the difference between “label” and “labeling” and “false and misleading”; offer insight on FDA’s social media guidance, use of off-label information, and considerations for other government and state entities; and cover the role of a corporate compliance program in managing the risks of marketing a drug.

The full virtual course will be held from April 27-28, 2022, and will explore the essentials of device law and regulation and offer a comprehensive understanding of the administrative agencies that impact this industry.
