AGG Food & Drug attorneys Alan Minsk and Laura LaBrie will speak at the Food and Drug Law Institute (“FDLI”) Advertising & Promotion for Medical Products Conference, taking place October 28-29, 2026, in Washington, D.C., and virtually.

On October 28, Alan will participate in “How to Consistently Adhere to the CFL Standard,” a panel focused on assessing whether communications are consistent with FDA-required labeling (“CFL”) and addressing issues that medical, legal, and regulatory (“MLR”) review teams encounter when evaluating promotional materials.

On October 29, Laura will participate in “Contracting in the Limelight: Frontiers in Social Media Advertising,” addressing social media advertising and efforts to standardize influencer contracts across increasingly unconventional platforms and partnerships.

For pharmaceutical, medical device, and other life sciences companies, the sessions offer practical considerations for promotional review, FDA compliance, and marketing programs.
