Alan Horowitz to Speak at GMDA Summer Symposium on Legal Aspects of Medical Errors

AGG Healthcare of counsel Alan C. Horowitz will speak at the Georgia Medical Directors Association (“GMDA”) Summer Symposium on July 23, 2023, in Jekyll Island, Georgia.

During his presentation, Alan will cover the legal aspects of medical errors and how to mitigate and avoid legal liability. He will also discuss important points of Georgia’s new apology law.

The full conference will be held July 20-24, 2023, at the Westin Jekyll Island Hotel and Conference Center.
