Healthcare Regulatory Associate
AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters to join our Atlanta office. Candidates must have prior experience advising on federal and state regulatory matters in connection with corporate and transactional work involving institutional healthcare providers. Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute is essential. Experience handling Change of Ownership (“CHOW”) transactions and related regulatory filings is preferred. Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols is also preferred.
Ideal candidates will also have prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, and drafting and reviewing relevant transactional documents. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
