Healthcare Litigation Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate with two to four years of healthcare litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm setting, with specific background representing healthcare providers in matters involving the False Claims Act, Certificate of Need proceedings, and regulatory disputes. Successful candidates will have excellent academic credentials and legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position can be located in our Atlanta or Washington, D.C. offices.
