Bankruptcy Staff Attorney

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington D.C., is seeking a staff attorney to join the firm’s Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights, & Financial Restructuring practice. While bankruptcy experience is not a prerequisite, the ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience, either in a law firm setting or as a law clerk with a bankruptcy judge. Successful candidates will have superior academic credentials, as well as excellent communication and writing skills. Opportunities for remote work or reduced hours are possible based on a candidate’s experience level and qualifications.
