Join AGG retail, lending, and employment attorneys David J. Marmins, Mindy S. Planer,  Henry M. Perlowski, and Theresa Y. Kananen as they discuss the risks of re-opening businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Real estate, finance, and employment law all converge as business owners across the country are faced with opening for business and in many cases trying to save their business while protecting the health and safety of their employees and consumers.

We will discuss how employers can develop sound return-to-work policies and procedures to minimize the risk from OSHA, worker’s compensation, and negligence claims. We will also address how commercial landlords and tenants are amending leases to navigate the finances of re-opening while not running afoul of lenders.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A following the presentation.

Note: The presentation and audio for this webinar will be streamed through your computer. A dial-in number will not be provided.
