Bob Durkin and Rich Cleland to Speak at March 2024 FDLI Introduction to Food Law and Regulation Virtual Course
Bob Durkin, AGG Food & Drug and Dietary Supplements co-chair, and Rich Cleland, AGG Litigation and Intellectual Property of counsel, will speak at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (“FDLI”) Introduction to Food Law and Regulation virtual course from March 19-20, 2024.
On March 19 from 4-5 p.m. EDT, Bob will offer a presentation on dietary supplements.
On March 20 from 1:25-2:25 p.m. EDT, Rich will present “Advertising: The Federal Trade Commission and Private Rights of Action.”
Attendees of the course will explore the essentials of food law and regulation and gain a comprehensive understanding of the various administrative agencies that impact these industries.
