Bob Durkin, AGG Food & Drug and Dietary Supplements co-chair, and Rich Cleland, AGG Litigation and Intellectual Property of counsel, will present a Natural Products Association webinar titled “Behind the Administrative Iron Curtain of the FDA and FTC” on December 6, 2023, from 2-3 p.m. EST.

Bob and Rich will provide a comprehensive overview of the inner workings of both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. This overview will include detailed and practical application of the agencies’ approach to claim review and compliance and how these agencies’ mandates impact and affect the supplement industry. This webinar will be the first in a three-part series.
