AGG Surpasses $40,000 Goal for 2022 United Way Campaign

As enthusiastic supporters of United Way of Greater Atlanta, AGG is honored to announce we have surpassed our annual campaign goal of $40,000 in an effort to further United Way’s outreach during the 2022 holiday season. United Way’s services provide a safety net during times of crisis by giving emergency assistance for basic needs, such as food and shelter.

The year 2022 marked 25 years of service for the United Way 2-1-1 helpline, a toll-free number that connects those in need to a resource specialist in the area who can put them in touch with local organizations that provide critical services, such as emergency housing, utilities assistance, food, access to support groups for individuals with mental illnesses or special needs, or even offering clothes after a house fire. The 2-1-1 network in the U.S. responds to more than 20 million requests for help each year.

United Way invests in more than 200 programs in 13 counties through the United Way Child Well-Being Impact Fund and brings together people and resources to drive sustainable and equitable improvements in the community. AGG thanks United way for its commitment to changing the lives of children, families, and communities.
